As well as building key skills through an individually designed timetable, post graduate students develop their ideas and project proposals through seminars and tutorials. The final two terms of the course are devoted to developing a major video production project designed through negotiation with subject specialist tutors.

Progression

Successful candidates will be well prepared to take up employment in the film and video environment. Although the Pre-Masters programme is a respected qualification in its own right, after successful completion of the course, successful students may continue to a Master's Degree at a UK University.
Admission Requirements & Selection
  • A higher diploma or a first degree in creative media subject
  • Level of commitment, enthusiasm and creative talent in film and TV production
  • IELTS: 6.0 (or equivalent English Language Level)
  • Mature applicants with relevant work experience (without the normal academic qualifications) can also be considered
