This course develops solid understanding of and advanced skills in all aspects of the video, animation and 3D design and production.

- Placements: The optional 12 month paid work placement provides an opportunity for you to test the skills and knowledge learned during the first two years of your studies in a real work environment. The dedicated Placement Unit will assist you in finding a suitable placement host. With UoH's continuous support, you’ll gain in experience, maturity and motivation and return better equipped to succeed in your studies and subsequently to secure the graduate job of your choice.

Working with the specialist lecturing team, you’ll train to design and produce your own video concepts and animations. Employing the latest technology and professional industry standard software you can turn your ideas into reality. You’ll have access to some of the finest teaching studios and labs in the country, including 3D animation suites, a chromakeying studio, digital video production facilities and motion capture.

Entry requirements for this course are normally the following:
- In the region of 280 points from three A levels (including General Studies).
- Plus GCSE Mathematics and English at grade C or above or equivalent and excluding Key Skills.
- Other suitable experience or qualifications will be considered individually.
